With almost 30 years of experience in the magnet industry, Boey Kok Leng has played a decisive role in shaping the development of our company. After studying mechatronics in Japan, he joined Tokyo Ferrite in 1996 and went on to hold key positions in production, quality assurance, and sales throughout his career. Since 2012 he has served as Managing Director of the company, which has operated under the name Bomatec Malaysia since its acquisition by Bomatec in 2014.
Today, Boey is responsible for two production sites with around 270 employees, driving the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and technological innovation. Under his leadership, Bomatec Malaysia has established itself as a reliable global partner for plastic-molded magnets and assemblies. In addition, Boey is actively involved in CSR initiatives and the exchange of knowledge between industry and science.
His leadership style combines technical excellence, strategic foresight, and a commitment to continuous improvement – values that distinguish Bomatec worldwide.
